Numina's architecture is based on a contextual cognitive microservices logic. The core component deals with process management, security, and data persistence and offers interfaces to client services, adaptive scheduler, knowledge storage services and enables plugin integration via hot-deploy.

 

Plugin's architecture allows integration with external sources and offers low-level blocks for use in conversational processes. An adaptive scheduler, based on a ML & PredictiveUX Engine, can be customised with a proactive approach based on usage scenarios.

 

Each channel has a dedicated service for integration based on the logic and features offered by the client. Integration with messaging clients is ensured through specific platform approach, while integration with native applications via a middleware server-side component and a Numina SDK on the client.

 

The Cognitive (NLP, image recognition, machine reasoning etc.) and Machine Learning functions are performed both through integration with Cloud services and through the stacking of proprietary algorithms and with the help of knowledge storage to support machine reasoning.

 

The availability of the platform can be achieved through the use of an instance in a SaaS logic or supported by an installed instances through an On-Premise logic.
